Embodied Yoga

EmBodied Yoga is a branch of Jenna’s signature work, Primal Embodied Wisdom. An invitation of alignment, flow, breath, mudras, mantra, sound, and feeling into the practice of yoga. Embodied Yoga is a moving prayer that reminds each soul to be where they are at and embrace life with curiosity, exploration, and experience.

YOga + Breath work

Easy flow yoga followed by an introduction to breath work and a guided meditation.

Core yoga

Join Stephanie for an athletic yoga practice. This class is an all levels offering inviting the mind, body, and soul to move into a slow and steady focus of basic yoga postures, strength building holds, and a deep connection to the core.

Pranic Yoga

Experience Yoga as energy medicine with Irene Doherty in this all-levels Hatha/Vinyasa class. The traditionally sequenced practice includes mindful movement of the body, breathwork for nervous system regulation, mantra and mudra for energy management, meditation for metal clarity and sound therapy for deep cellular cleansing. Everything is energy and it must be free to move for the health and well-being of the individual and their community. 

EmBodied Surrender (Gentle + Restorative)

This offering is a gentle + restorative practice to support and balance the nervous system while embodying what is below the surface. This experience will invite you into the power of listening, healing, allowing, and connection to an embodied surrender.

Flow + Meditate

This all levels yoga practice is designed to build mental and physical strength through breath to movement vinyasa. Join us for mindful movement and meditation to help create space between emotion and reaction and find ease in the effort. We’ll explore advanced postures and transitions to continually find something new in our practice. Each class together includes guided breathwork to cultivate new perspectives and dig deeper into our personal growth.

Prana vinyasa

Prana Vinyasa Yoga is the evolution of energetic vinyasa to realize and enhance the flow of our life.A practice cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Samudra Global School of Living Yoga.Prana Vinyasa is a creative approach to embodying the flow of yoga. This practice teaches energetic alignment and a connection to the breath wave to enable sustainable and evolutionary embodiment of asana in your body on the yoga mat and in the body of your life. This practice integrates the wisdom of the natural rhythm inside and outside of the body to awaken a connection to sacred inner flow. 

Every class is well rounded, following the mandala of the body and asanas – to create a whole body transformation of strength and fluidity, circulation and centering. Expect a practice that accommodates all levels while cultivating balance and vitality on and off the mat. 

Primal Movement

Primal Movement is a layer of Jenna's signature work, Primal Embodied Wisdom. This class is not yoga. An opportunity to reconnect to our primal bodies / instinct and move from a place of feeling, sensation, expression, and truth. The music will be loud, amazing, and the energy will be addictive. Be OPEN to release, express, call in, or shake it UP. Trust in the feel of it.

Vinyasa + Happy Hour

A vinyasa style class that embraces a mindful asana sequence that allows the breath to connect to movement. Starting with a feel-good warmup and options along the way for each practitioner to 'choose their own adventure.' This class is $15 or punch pass applicable followed by community connection at one of the local establishments to grab a drink.

Flow + Meditate + Sound

Join Katie for a collective experience of movement, meditation and sound. This class is intended to leave you feeling connected and nourished on a physical and energetic level as we weave together several embodiment practices. You can expect to move through a steady and mindful vinyasa practice, interwoven within that experience we may move through guided meditations and pranayama practices. Each class will be unique. Every class will end with a sound journey which may use one or a combination of instruments such as, singing bowls, bells, chimes, drums, gongs and more. This is an all levels practice. All are welcome.

Align + flow

Set the container and then dive into your experience in this contemplative, active, moderately-paced yoga class. We'll explore aligned hatha yoga shapes to soften and strengthen the body, holding some and flowing through others, paired with conscious breath, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Each class is unique but all invite you to land in your body, feel into your breath, deepen your relationship with the many layers of yoga, and rekindle a sacred relationship with yourself. After a restorative savasana with the option of hands-on support and a heart-lifting song, you'll greet the weekend feeling steady and clear. 

Resilient + Renewal

A Yin focused Vinyasa practice aimed towards delving into the large muscle groups of the body to release tension and allow for renewed flow of blood and energy. Gentle Vinyasa flow will guide you and your breath into strong and steady Yin postures to experience the stillness and resilient wellbeing of body, mind and spirit.
