Core yoga
Join Stephanie for an athletic yoga practice. This class is an all levels offering inviting the mind, body, and soul to move into a slow and steady focus of basic yoga postures, strength building holds, and a deep connection to the core.
Stretch & Strengthen
Stretch and strengthen is essentially a mobility-focused asana class. Each class will be intentionally sequenced and will include a variety of techniques and yoga postures to help cultivate healthy joints and tissues, a resilient nervous system, and to grow your capacity to move strongly and confidently through your available range of motion. This class is adaptable to any level of experience, and offers tools and insights whether you’d describe yourself as very flexible or very inflexible.
Pranic Flow
Experience Yoga as energy medicine with Irene Doherty in this all-levels Vinyasa style class. The traditionally sequenced practice includes mindful movement of the body, breathwork for nervous system regulation, mantra and mudra for energy management, meditation for mental clarity and sound therapy for deep cellular cleansing. This class is designed to detox and revive you so you can focus on what is important to you.
Gentle + Restorative Yoga
This offering is a gentle and restorative practice designed to nurture and balance the nervous system while inviting you to explore the depths of your inner landscape. In this sacred space, you will be encouraged to embrace the power of listening, healing, and allowing, as you embark on a transformative shamanic journey guided by Jenna.
Primal Movement
Primal Movement is a somatic journey embracing the feeling body. Each journey will begin with an invitation and an opening to activate your wisdom body through awareness, non-linear movement, breath, and sound.
Candlelight yin
Third Wednesday of the month at 6 PM Settle into the soft glow of candlelight and release the weight of your day. In this deeply restorative class, Cat will guide you through long, supported Yin postures that reach beneath the surface, inviting circulation, flexibility, and a sense of spacious ease into your body. Come as you are, and leave grounded, open, and refreshed. All levels welcome.
Align + flow
Set the container and then dive into your experience in this contemplative, active, moderately-paced yoga class. We'll explore aligned hatha yoga shapes to soften and strengthen the body, holding some and flowing through others, paired with conscious breath, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Each class is unique but all invite you to land in your body, feel into your breath, deepen your relationship with the many layers of yoga, and rekindle a sacred relationship with yourself. After a restorative savasana with the option of hands-on support and a heart-lifting song, you'll greet the weekend feeling steady and clear.

This practice will guide your body and breath into harmony with rhythmic vinyasa sequences and alignment focused postures.

Yin Yoga nurtures the fascia, connective tissues and bones of the body. It is the steady counterpart to our active moving world. Drop into self care with intentional slow movement and gentle passive postures. This meditative practice will balance your nervous system and guide you to the depths of your being.
Monthly Sound Ceremony
Join us the 4th Wednesday of every month to rest and restore balance with sacred sound instruments. Gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, and drums take you on a deep journey to soothe and center your nervous system while providing physical and karmic detoxification.
Alignment Yoga + Meditation
A blend of structural alignment and ancient yoga philosophy. This class is an opportunity to explore a balance of surrender and activation. There’s a strong focus on innovative usage of props. Expect adjustments, to hold postures for long timings and to dive into the eight-fold pathway to yoga. This style is accessible for all body types and levels and accounts for chronic issues and injuries. Each class will end with a guided meditation and traditional savasana.
yoga and Deep relxation
Take time to reconnect with your natural vitality and ease. Beneath the surface of doing lies the pulse of being. In this class, Chanda guides you through breath and mindful movement to dissolve tension, awaken vitality, and balance the mind. Each session unfolds as a journey, clearing pathways for life energy to flow freely. The practice settles into deep integration, supported by Yogic and Tantric techniques of systematic relaxation and therapeutic Tibetan bowls. Rest into the oceanic stillness from which meditation naturally arises. Leave feeling renewed in strength, well-being, and inner peace. All levels practice; all are welcome.
