This POD is with Jenna Pfingston.  Her love for ceremony within the layers of asana, breath, meditation, mantra, and other sacred invitations create a divine connection within the present moment.  Jenna believes that through ceremony we cultivate sensuality within our everyday lives and enhance the sweetness (sukah) within this wild human experience.

If there is a particular layer of your life you would like to celebrate or acknowledge (passages, thresholds, New Beginnings, etc…) with friends and family, Jenna would love to hold sacred space.
