I enjoy sharing a practice of yoga that balances a flow of intentional movement and meditative stillness, with a focus on integrating breath work and body alignment to cultivate an awareness of each exquisite moment. Yoga is a way for us to experience and celebrate our unique body and soul on this Earth. Life is a dance, ebbing and flowing, light and dark, steady and wild. The practice of yoga invites us to awaken, to explore, and to embody the continuous unfolding of energy that is the essence of this human experience.
