So many times we are fearful to use our ROAR, our voice. So many times we stay in our comfort zone of dimming our light. So many times we are scared to share our stories that dig deep into guilt and shame.
Lions for me represent a grounded creature and a courageous heart. And to be exactly who you are at the CORE can be a courageous path to embark on.
How do we get there? It ebbs and flows.

The Lion is connected to the first Energy Portal known as the Root Chakra (earth bound) and to the third Energy Portal the Solar Plexis. The Root Chakra brings us into the mantra, 'I have a right to be here and take up space." It is connected into our ancestors and what can create heaviness or lightness within our NOW. The third energy portal is connected to our fire, will power, and strength. This is where Self Worth can reside at times whether it's low Self Worth or the highest.
