Intermediate Level Yoga Classes:  The jala yogi who has cultivated a stronger practice and would like to continue growing within his or her devotion to yoga.

jala Basics to Yoga:
  A class that is appropriate for beginners or yogis who enjoy a slower practice.  Focusing on the basics of Inspired Anusara yoga.

Practice with Jenna:
  This is an Intermediate / Advanced practice.  Please be able to kick up to a strong handstand against the jala wall and come into full wheel (backbend).  Jenna will be practicing with you and most of the time there is loud music within this SHAKTI SHRI jala yoga class.

All Levels
:  These classes will invite each yogi to move within their own level of asana (practice).  Modifications will be gifted to all levels.

Move & Meditate:  An invitation into Vinyasa Flow and seated meditation for 20 minutes.

Gentle Flow & Restore:
  A gentle and slow moving vinyasa flow with an invitation to renew and relax with restorative yoga at the end.

Intro Yoga Series:
  A safe and supportive invitation to start your yoga practice.  An ideal class for beginners and those with injuries and physical limitations.  This is a 5 week course that builds on the influence of Anusara yoga principles.  Please call for details and dates.  Next one starting Oct. 10th (See above for dates, cost and time), Limited Space!
